• Redford Maust

    FOUNDER & CEO

Redford had a life-transformational moment at 25 years old. Finding himself behind bars, he turned to God, and asked for a little help. From that moment forward, Redford's desire has been to help young adults avoid the brokenness he experienced and live life to the full. Redford's calling and mission have been to bring the life of Christ wherever he goes through whatever he does.

For the last 48 years, Redford has been a Campus Life, Director, youth pastor, founder of the Red Hacker basketball, tournament company, and the co-founder of Lifeworks Ministry.

  • Liz Maust

    FOUNDER & MENTOR

Having been a very broken and confused young girl with lots of questions, Liz has always had a heart for young men & women trying to find their way in life. When in high school Liz got pregnant, suicide started to weave its way into her thinking. It wasn't until a few years later when she found herself pregnant yet again that it resurfaced. By God's miraculous intervention, she didn't carry through those intentions, never to give power to the idea again. A passion of hers is helping young adults think deeply. Helping people pay attention to where their thoughts are taking them is a huge focus in the Lifeworks Ministry. Both Redford and Liz have had a calling to work with young people. Liz has been heavily involved in changing the direction of many students’ lives.

  • Taylor Mack (on the right)

OUTREACH AND EVENTS COORDINATOR & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

After years of praying and searching for a genuine, faith-filled community, Taylor was invited to Lifeworks. Although battling mental health and figuring out the ups and downs of young adult life, she has found her support and comfort through her Lifeworks family. Taylor has been attending Lifeworks Dinner & Discussion since the end of 2022 and has been the Special Events & Outreach manager and assistant director alongside Redford and Isaac since early 2024. Taylor has a heart for serving others and if she could have others know just one thing about her, it would be that she desires to welcome others with open arms while also challenging them in their walk in life and in faith, and she serves as a mentor for many. Outside of Lifeworks, Taylor is a freshman at Bethel University, studying nursing and playing volleyball as well as working part-time. She is forever grateful for the positive impact the leadership team has made on her life and Lifeworks will always have a very special place in her heart.

  • Miah Maust

    THE BUILD FITNESS DIRECTOR

Miah Maust grew up in the Michiana area and has been a part of the Lifeworks community for years. However, it wasn’t until April of 2024 that she became fully immersed in the community.

In 2023, Miah was living in Texas and Florida, training and competing in 3-Day Eventing with horses. Despite her passion for the sport, she felt a strong call from God to return home to Indiana. This calling became undeniable when an accident led to her breaking her ankle after being bucked off her horse. This injury brought her back to Indiana sooner than expected for surgery in April 2024. During her time away, Miah reached a low point in her life and began seeking God with all her heart. She has since dedicated herself to using her gifts and passion for fitness to grow the Kingdom.

Miah is now the fitness instructor for The Build at Lifeworks, where she helps people enhance their fitness, faith, and friendships.
