About Lifeworks Ministry
A place to belong and a place to grow.
Lifeworks Ministry exists to help young adults encounter Jesus, build meaningful relationships, and direct them toward the life God has created them to live. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or looking for a Christ-centered community, you’ll find people who genuinely care, authentic conversations, and opportunities to grow together.
Our Mission & Beliefs
Help young adults put Christ at the center of their lives by building a Matthew 7:24 community.
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.”
– Matthew 7:24
Jesus Changes Lives
Every person was created with purpose and that real life is found in following Jesus Christ.
Community Matters
Faith isn’t meant to be lived alone. We grow best when we’re known, encouraged, challenged, and supported by others.
Everyone Has a Place
Whether you’ve followed Jesus your entire life or you’re just looking for a free dinner, you’re welcome here.
Growth is a Journey
Spiritual growth happens one step at a time through worship, teaching, prayer, and genuine relationships.
Building Lives on a Firm Foundation
Lifeworks Ministry is a nonprofit organization founded in 2006 by Redford and Liz Maust. What began as a calling to invest in the lives of young adults has grown into a thriving ministry dedicated to helping young adults establish a life rooted in Jesus Christ.
The years between ages 18 and 30 are filled with some of life’s biggest questions. Who am I? What is my purpose? Where do I belong? Many young adults navigate these seasons feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn. We believe those answers are ultimately found in Christ. Our mission is to help young adults discover their identity in Him, build meaningful relationships, and help them grow into the people God has created them to be.
Since our beginning, Lifeworks has expanded into three unique ministry branches: 7:24, PD1, and The Build. Each was created to meet people where they are while sharing the same mission of pointing them toward Jesus. Though each ministry has its own focus, they are united by a commitment to biblical truth, authentic relationships, and lives transformed by the Gospel.
For nearly two decades, LifeWorks has been more than a weekly gathering. It has become a place where friendships are formed, faith is strengthened, leaders are developed, and people experience the life-changing love of Christ. When people build their lives on the firm foundation of Jesus, they are equipped to impact their families, churches, workplaces, and communities for generations to come.

Meet Our Leaders
The people who show up every single week

Redford Maust
Founder & Leader
Red knows firsthand that life doesn’t always go according to plan. After navigating his own difficult seasons as a young adult, he and his wife, Liz, founded Lifeworks Ministry to create the kind of community and guidance he wishes he had as a young adult. Today, Red leads many of the 7:24 gatherings, shows up for students both inside and outside of Lifeworks, and isn’t afraid to walk alongside them through the hard stuff. Red is passionate about helping young adults know they don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Liz Maust
Founder & Leader
Liz has helped make Lifeworks a place where young adults know they are welcomed, cared for, and loved. From the beginning, she has opened her home and her life to students, creating a sense of belonging. At 7:24, you’ll often find Liz behind the scenes preparing food, making sure everyone is taken care of, and helping create an environment where young adults can simply show up and be themselves.

Isaac Núñez
Leader
Isaac was once a college student walking through Red and Liz’s front door. Red played an important role in helping Isaac grow in his faith and relationship with Jesus. Now, he is providing that same kind of leadership and encouragement to the next generation of young adults. He helps lead students at 7:24 and The Build. Isaac’s own story is a reminder of what Lifeworks is all about: being poured into, growing in Christ, and then turning around to invest in others.

Miah Núñez
Leader
Lifeworks has been part of Miah’s story for most of her life. As Red and Liz’s granddaughter, she grew up around the ministry and has seen firsthand the impact that genuine community, consistent presence, and a relationship with Jesus can have on young adults. Now, alongside Isaac, Miah is helping carry that heart forward for a new generation. She brings a warm and steady presence to Lifeworks, participating in gatherings, listening to students, and simply being there when someone needs support.
